Returns & Exchanges

At MUTANT®️, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MUTANT®️ labels and hangtags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
